To do so, right click the Steam icon in your system tray and select Exit. If it doesn't do so immediately, you can force an update by completely restarting Steam. In the Properties window, select the Betas tab, and click the dropdown list Right-click on RealFlight 9.5 in your Steam Library, then select Properties If successful, you will see a message saying "You are now registered to use the Public Beta site until the new version is posted to official download site."Ĭlick Update to Specific Version, choose 9.50.024 from the list, and click OK. Laaaaame.Įdit2: Someone who already purchashed RF 9.5 confirmed they could download and use the beta. My guess is that you need to already have a serial-key for RF activated, making this beta only available to existing customers that bought RF. I believe this is because the supposed 'free public beta' isn't actually 'free' or available to the 'public'. Sorry for any false hope.Įdit: I and other users seems to get an error code on step 9 below.
